How Does it Work?
The process is very simple:1. Visitor clicks on an affiliate link on your site or in an email.
2. The visitors IP is logged and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
3. The visitor browses our site, and may decide to fill up any form from our site.
4. If the visitor filled up the form (the enquiry does not need to be placed during the same browser session - cookies and IPs are stored up to a configurable amount of time), the enquiry will be registered as a record and once customer sign up our package, you will receive commission for this sale.

This Affiliate Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions between Isabell Wedding and your participation as an Affiliate of Isabwellwedding.com’s Affiliate Program. Enrollment in the Program: Once you fill up the complete form, we will send you a personalized email if we consider your application. Failure to respond to the personalized email in a week’s time results in your application being declined. We will evaluate your application and notify you if you have been accepted into the affiliate program or not. Please note your site is unsuitable for our program if its included in the list below, do not waste your time applying your application will be declined. 1. Promote illegal activities 2. Violates Intellectual Property Rights 3. Utilizes Parasite ware or Spam If your application is rejected, you can reapply at any point of time. If your application is accepted and your site is later found to be unsuitable for the program we can terminate your Affiliation at any point of time. Links to Isabell Wedding: You will be notified when your site has been accepted in the affiliate program, you will then be given access to a variety of banners and links that you need to place on your site to send traffic to Isabell Wedding. Once you have been accepted into the program you are expected to generate hits within 90 days or it will lead to the termination of your Affiliation. We will continuously make new links and banners available; you will be informed about these changes through the newsletter. It is your duty to update your banners to target a specific occasion. The links that we provide will have a specific code in them that will track your hits and sales and also allow us to formulate a progress report for you to view as well as pay your commission. We will not be responsible for the commission that has not been tracked due to the failure of you using the coded links provided. Affiliates can feel free to create better images and banners to use for their sites as long as the link complies with our Agreement. Links connecting your site in no way should alter the look feel of functionality of Isabellwedding.com. Order Reversals: Isabell Wedding reserves the right to reject orders that do not comply with requirements that we have established. Isabell Wedding will be responsible for all aspects of Customer Enquiry processing, including the payment processing, cancellation, refunds and customer service. Tracking Sales: You will be able to track sales through our tracking and reporting website. You will have a password protected account for that site where you will be able to see your live statistics. Payment: Isabell Wedding will pay you your commission by paypal / bank transfer by the 10th of the following month and no later than that. Provided your total is at least a minimum of RM100. Customer Defined: A user fill up our form through our affiliate program shall be deemed to be a customer of Isabell Wedding. All the customers product related questions, requests or queries should be referred to us. Termination 1. This agreement shall automatically terminate if the Affiliate has no sales during any 9 consecutive months. 2. If you PPC our registered trademarks the word “Isabell Wedding” or our logo it would lead to a warning and after that the immediate termination of your account, if you fail to stop the ad campaign. 3. Please note that if your email address is invalid it will automatically lead to the termination of your account as well. 4. Any use of Spam or Parasite marketing techniques as well shall lead to the immediate termination of your account. Spam is defined as mailing anyone about isabellwedding.com in bulk or by single mailing, who has not specifically requested the information directly from you. 5. We shall notify you by email about the termination of our affiliation. We will pay you all commission due by the 20th of the following month once your account is terminated. 6. If you choose to terminate this agreement, with or without cause you can do so at any time, contact the relationship management team for any problems. Your Website: You are solely responsible for the technical operation of your website and all related equipment; the cost and expense related to operating your site; creating and posting product descriptions on your website and linking those descriptions to our site; the accuracy and appropriateness of materials posted on your website; for ensuring that materials posted on your website do not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party including, copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights and for ensuring that materials posted on your website are not libelous or otherwise illegal. You agree that your website will not, in any way, copy or resemble the look and feel of our website nor will you create the impression that your website is our website or is a part of our website. You also agree that your website will not contain any content of our website or any materials which are proprietary to Isabellwedding.com, except with our prior permission; or materials obtained by you via the Isabellwedding.com Affiliate Information Center. Modifications: Orios may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement as needed at any time. It will be our sole discretion, and you agree that any such amendment will apply to you. We will contact you via email when changes are made in the Agreement and the new version will be posted on Isabellwedding.com. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your participation from our Isabell Affiliate Program. The continuation of your participation in this program or the acceptance of payments will constitute your binding acceptance of all modifications.
