- Cons – Cannot Keep, must serve within few hours, will melt in hot conditions.
Artificial Cake /Dummy Cake
- Pros- Expensive if you buy yourself, normally hotel or restaurant provide it FREE in the package, Can keep for few months in certain conditions. Can do more floral design on it.
- Cons- Order Lead Time is slow, not every cake shop know or even willing to sell it.
Pros – Looks real but not real, Can Keep for years! Good for a wedding gift for friends. After party can become souvenir.
Cons- Order Lead Time is slow, difficult to find, Very Expensive!
