What you need to bring for Application?

• Citizen I.C. or Passport for non-citizen with any working permit stated what is the date you reach malaysia.
• One Colour Photo of applicant (32mm X 38mm)
• Decree Nisi Absolute if a divorcee
• Death certificate for a widower/widow
• Letter confirming status of marriage for non-citizens from the applicant’s country of origin

The solemnization will take place after 21 days but not more than 6 months from the date of application

What you need to bring during the solemnization day?

• Marriage Couple and witnesses must bring original I.C.
• Marriage Couple must wear tidily and neat.
• Round neck T-shirt , Non Collar T-Shirt, Jeans, Slipper , Shorts are not allowed for most government registration office.
• Two witness must be brought together and age must be above 21 years old.
